Booking And Payments
50% deposit required via WHISH Money or credit card to confirm booking.
Remaining balance is paid directly to the therapist after the session.
No same-day bookings. Please book at least 2-3 days in advance.
Cancellations/rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Location & Setup
Elevator access is required for appointments above ground level.
Session area should be private and easily accessible.
Parking should be close and available to allow easy item transport.
Professional Conduct
Respect and professionalism are expected at all times.
Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination without refund.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.
Therapists may adjust or decline treatments if necessary for your safety.
Session Timing
Therapists arrive 10 minutes early and begin promptly on time.
Please be ready to start at the scheduled time to receive your full session.
